Wafer

Launch on silicon. Wafer is a token launchpad on Solana where every coin is paired with NVDAx (NVIDIA xStock) instead of SOL, and where a fixed share of all fees buys NVDAx into a public treasury.

Overview

Most launchpads pair coins with SOL and keep the fees. Wafer runs on Raydium LaunchLab with its own platform config, restricted to one quote asset: NVDAx. When you buy a Wafer coin you pay in NVDAx; when you sell you receive NVDAx. Platform fees are collected in NVDAx too, so the treasury grows in the same asset the coins trade against.

Wafer is not audited. The contracts used are Raydium's audited LaunchLab and CPMM programs; Wafer's own parts (platform config, fee routing and front end) have not been reviewed by a third party.

Fees

Wafer charges a 1% platform fee on bonding-curve trades, on top of Raydium's own 0.25% protocol fee. After graduation, the CPMM creator fee is routed to the platform. All platform revenue is split as follows:

ShareDestination

The treasury holds NVDAx; it is not sold to pay costs. Buybacks of $WAFER are executed by the buyback wallet and the purchased tokens are sent to the burn address. Executed totals are posted on X every week.
